1: Loyalty Card

The loyalty card is issued to the customer at completing of shopping of rs: 5650/-

Once the above mentioned target of sales is Achieved.
Store will issue the loyalty card.
The benefits of loyalty card discount will be applicable from, the next sales onwards till the scheme of loyalty card is applicable.

This Loyalty Card Is Not Transferable.
This card is property of H.R. fashion world pvt. Ltd.
This is not a debit or credit card, this is only for earn points and get discount benefits.
All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction Only.

Unused/Unaltered goods with proper box/ bill/ barcode will be exchanged otherwise there will be no exchange on the goods.

Timings for exchange are 12:00 pm to 03:00 pm only.
No exchange on Saturday & Sunday.

All casual wear will be exchanged within 3 days of the purchase & last 7 days.

Party wear & ethnic wear will be exchanged last & within 3 days of purchase only.

There is no guarantee after washing & pilling of any readymade & woolen garments.

Please no arguments after 7 days of purchasing the garment.

Bill is a must while collecting the alteration clothes.

The carry bags are not allowed for the customers to carry along with them while purchasing of goods.
The carry bags must be submitted to the security team while entering the showroom, and collect the token which will be given by the security team.
For collecting back your carry bags the token must be given back to the security team.
The token must be kept safe while purchasing of goods.
